Series comes to an end....

To our competitors, horse show moms & dads, & trainers:

We would like to take an opportunity to thank each and every one of you for your continued support of our C.H.A.P.S. schooling shows. Natalie and I take great
pride in offering a show that is not only competitive, but fun and affordable.

We know how frustrating it is to have to travel up to 4 hours just to get to a decent show, and to have to shell out money for entry fees, stalls, food, lodging and gas. We've been there! This is why we do it! There is a lot of time, money, and preparation that goes into hosting a horse show, and believe it or not, we enjoy doing it! We make every effort to offer a variety of classes and a safe facility in which to compete. The feedback we receive from you makes it worthwhile. Knowing that you appreciate our efforts and continue to support our shows is the best thanks we could ask for.

We plan to host another C.H.A.P.S. Spring Series in 2009, and maybe a show this Fall as well. (This depends on whether Suz can convince hubby or not! She may be out of commission, depending on the pregnancy.) In the meantime, do know that Upper Mill's ring is available for schooling, we just ask that you call Suz ahead of time so she can have a heads-up.

Again, thank you all SO much for helping to make our 2008 Spring Series a success! We look forward to seeing you at the next show!

May the "Horse" be with you,
Susanna & Natalie

Congratulations to our Overall Series High Point Champion - Jessica Molnar and "Max"!

Final points and division Champion/Reserve placings will be posted shortly!

News, Updates & Directions

Thank you!!
Thank you to all who participated in today's horse show! We understand that Friday and Saturdays weather kept some of you from showing up. However, we had a beautiful day and the footing dried out great! Point standings from this show are now available!

Congratulations to
Jessica Molnar and Max on their High Point for the day award. She received a very nice ribbon and a beautiful silver engraved tray (in memory of Captain Henry L. Buck).

Riders showing in today's
payback classes won a grand total of $450 (WOW)!!!! Congratulations to all the lucky winners!

Green Hunter X-rails added to our Prize List!

We are adding a green hunter x-rails to our prize list -- it will run after the pleasure division and before the schooling break.
We hope that this helps everyone out! Green hunters will be able to show over 2' as well, if able.
We adjusted the classes at the first show -- and have adjusted the points accordingly.
***Please note that the 18" option in the Low Hunter division will no longer be available.

Schooling Prior to the Show

Susanna wanted me to let everyone know that you are MORE than welcome to haul over to Upper Mill and school prior to the shows!

Please remember that you 'ride at your own risk' and that Susanna, her mother and I will NOT be held liable for any injuries while on their property.

Leadline Class added to our Prize List!

We've had several requests for a Lead line class. Susanna and I have decided that it would be a GREAT idea!! We will add a Lead line class (24a) after the schooling break if anyone has a little one that wants to show too :)
